1. Description: Bimetallic composite tube is a kind of seamless tube with external tube and internal tube integrated as one tube and is widely used in oil fied,power generation,chemical industry,etc.

3. Size range:
Outer tube size: 325mm max in OD, wall thickness is not limited.
Inner tube size: 300mm max in OD, 35mm min in ID.
4. Steel grade:
Grade of outer tube: Various carbon steel grades like SAE 1010,SAE1026,SAE 1045,SAE 1541,etc.
Grade of inner tube: Various stainless steel grades like 304,304L,316,316L,etc.
5. Manufacture method: Hydraulic cold drawing
6. Delivery condition: Cold drawn without final heat treating.
7. End finish: Plain ends or bevelled ends.
8. Standard export packing: In bundles tied with steel strips. Int&ext oil coating. End plastic caps. External packing by PVC bags and knit bags.
9. Customized packing and marking can be provided upon request.
PART II: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. MOQ: MOQ of bimetallic tube is determined by that of raw material. Generally, our MOQ is 5 tons or 10 tons depending on the sizes required.
2. Delivery Time: Regular delivery time is 30 days.
3. Warranty&Guarantee: Warranty&guarantee period is 6 months since we deliver the tubes, and we are not responsible for quality problem caused by wrong unloading or storage after shipment. We welcome customer's inspection before shipment.
4. Payment Method: We accept payment method like T/T, L/C, or D/P, but it depends on our investigation about customers. We have a solution to evaluate the credit of customers from all over the world, and time and amount of D/P we can release is determined by the evaluation.
5. Quality Control: All the raw material we use are with prime quality made by famous manufacturers who are always stated-owned.This means the traceability of material and stability of quality.

We are a manufacturer of cold drawn, cold rolled, and hydraulic cold drawn steel tubes with OD upto 356mm since 2002. Covering an area of about 32000M2, we have 12 standard workshops with 2 hydraulic cold drawing benches, 4 chain cold drawing benches, and 2 ERW mills. Our facilities covers all the production procedures from pickling, cold drawing, heat treating, saw cutting, straightening, inspection, packing to further machining &turning, cold drawing die fabrication, and equipment repairation&maintenance.
